Sailing Through the Annapolis Condo Market

On Saturday we stopped by Park Place to “Sample the good life” and visited two other luxury condominium projects in Annapolis. Saturday’s event was catered by the restaurants in the community, which include a Morton’s Steakhouse, Fado Irish Pub (like the one near the Verizon Center), and Carpaccio Italian Bistro. Over 100 prospective purchasers were able to get a sample of the local restaurants and tour Park Place’s three designer model homes.
