McWilliams| Ballard announced today that the firm has been identified by Real Trends 500 as the top real estate firm in the country with a sole focus on new home sales and marketing.

Real Trends 500 is an annual research report which names the country’s largest and most successful residential firms as ranked by closed transaction sides and separately by closed sales volume. The report represents the most trusted standard of measuring the performance of the nation’s leading realty service firms.

Additionally, the Washington Business Journal recently ranked McWilliams|Ballard as the 6th largest residential real estate firm in the DC Metro area; the largest whose sole focus is new home sales. The Washington Business Journal ranked the firms based on 2007 Metro Area sales.
